Q1.What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and color cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization.

Q2:What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you photos of cargo before you pay the balance.

Q3:What is your terms of delivery?
A:Usually EXW, but could be FOB based on the order amount.

Q4:How about your delivery time?
A:Generally it takes 20-25days after receiving your deposit. 

Q5:What is your sample policy?
A:For new customers, both sample cost and transportation charge have to be paid by customer; for old customers, we could bear the sample cost and customer need to pay the transportation charge only.

Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
